These Terms govern your use of YAYO Store and purchases of digital goods delivered through the store. By creating an account, placing an order, or completing payment, you agree to these Terms.
YAYO Store sells digital goods. Delivery is electronic and, for eligible orders, is released automatically after the required blockchain payment is confirmed and the reserved inventory item is assigned to your order.
Delivered values may be displayed in your order history and may be available as TXT or CSV downloads. You are responsible for keeping delivered credentials or codes private after delivery.
Creating an order does not reserve inventory. Inventory is reserved only when you start payment. A payment session is time-limited, and the store may release reserved inventory after the payment window and verification grace period expire.
If stock becomes unavailable before a valid payment is confirmed, the store may cancel the affected order or require manual review instead of delivering an unavailable item.
Payments are accepted in USDT on the networks shown at checkout, currently TRC20 (TRON) and BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). You must send the exact displayed amount to the displayed address using the selected network.
The unique decimal amount is part of payment matching. Sending a rounded amount, a different amount, or using the wrong network may prevent automatic delivery and can require manual review.
A payment submitted after the original payment deadline is not guaranteed automatic delivery even if it later appears on-chain. Late payments, wrong-network transfers, underpayments, overpayments, and duplicate payments may require manual review.
Blockchain transfers cannot generally be reversed by the store. Recovery or refund of funds sent incorrectly is not guaranteed and may be impossible where the funds cannot be safely identified or recovered.
Because digital goods are revealed and delivered immediately, a successfully delivered digital item is normally final and non-refundable.
A refund, replacement, or manual correction may be considered for verified non-delivery after confirmed payment, duplicate payment caused by the same order, or a delivered value that is demonstrably invalid at the time of delivery. The available remedy depends on the facts, inventory, and whether the payment can be verified.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share account access with unauthorized persons.
If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password promptly and stop using exposed delivered credentials where applicable.
You must use the store and purchased items lawfully and in accordance with any applicable third-party service terms. Fraud, payment manipulation, abusive automation, attempts to bypass payment, harassment, spam, or unauthorized resale may result in suspension or cancellation.
Blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallet software, and third-party services are outside the store's direct control. Confirmations, congestion, outages, chain reorganizations, wallet errors, or provider delays can delay detection or delivery.
The store is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms may be updated as the store, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The date shown at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use and purchases.
